At the core of my counselling approach rests the belief that each of us has our own unique way of being in the world and this influences the relationships we develop in our everyday life. By understanding our own self we are able to explore the influences and dynamics of our personal, social and work lives, creating the opportunity to develop further our own emotional and mental well being

My integrative approach draws upon my learning from psychodynamic, humanistic, person-centred and systemic counselling approaches enabling each individual’s needs to be met in a genuine and congruent manner.

I am an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy working in accordance with their ethical framework and include monthly Clinical Supervision and Continuous Professional Development in my practice.
